HOW TO ORDER YOUR TEAM SPIRITWEAR

Ordering will begin after 5:00 PM on FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 16th

Spiritwear preview will be Thursday September 15th  4:30 - 7:00 PM / Mason High School Commons.  All items will be available at the preview with size runs to help in the selection process. 

All ordering will be done ONLINE not at the preview.  Orders and payments will be done directly with our vendor:  Cincinnati Team Apparel, through their brand new website.  Pickups will be made at their store location on Snider Road.   This new system will eliminate the number of errors that can occur with paper forms as well as missing forms and payments.  We hope that you will enjoy using this new system.

NOTE:  >>> This new system is wonderful and allows for secure payments and no check drops at the pool. however there is one limitation.    If you are purchasing more than 2 SIZES of any one item (not quantitiy but sizes) the system is not set up for that.  Consider making separate orders for multiple sizes or same items over 2.  This will only really affect those with more than 2 swimmers or FAMILY ORDERS (for example tshirts for the entire family in different sizes).  There is NO CHARGE for using the system, so multiple orders will not cost you any more.  So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but hopefully the convenience of ordering and paying at home will outweigh this small issue.   Thanks for your understanding!   - Kim

To place your spiritwear order follow the steps below:

1. Come to the Spiritwear Sale on Sept 15th and see the merchandise in person.  It's GREAT!!!!   You will even be able to try on certain items to determine proper fit.
   
    
2. After 5 PM on September 16th....VISIT THE CINCINNATI TEAM APPAREL WEBSITE AT:  http://www.cincinnatiteamapparel.com/
   Ordering will be turned off on September 25th, so don't wait and miss out.
    
3. CLICK ON THE ORDER FORM BUTTON to begin the ordering process
    
4. SELECT our organization:  MASON MANTA RAYS
    
5. OPEN THE SPIRITWEAR ORDER FORM BY ENTERING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION.   (please note that user name and password are case sensitive. all lower case )
   
   USER NAME:  manta
   PASSWORD:  rays 
    
6. Follow the directions on the form, select your items, quantities and sizes, submit form and payment and print a copy of your order for your records.  (CTA accepts ALL major credit cards:  VISA, MC, American Express & Discover through their secure service)
   
    
7. DEADLINE FOR ORDERING IS:  SEPTEMBER 25th 2011.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  When form is shut down so is ordering. 
   
    
8. When orders are ready for distribution the spirit team will alert you through our website and you may pick up your spiritwear during regular business hours
