Family File (Mailboxes) – Some written communication will be placed in your family file (mailbox) that will be located at the pool. Ribbons, billing and more will be placed in the family files. It is the swimmer's responsibility to check their folder weekly. E-mail – The fastest and most efficient form of communication for us is e-mail. Please provide us with an e-mail.address that you check on a regular basis. This will be our main method of communication. Newletters, meet entries, last minute changes and more will be emailed out to the team. If you do not receive e-mails or have e-mail, please let the head coach know as soon as possible. ALSO - one of the best ways to communicate with our coaches is e-mail. Natatorium Mailbox – Just on the inside of the competition pool entrance, we have a white lockable mailbox with a Manta Ray magnet on it where payments (checks only - no cash) or communications for the coaches can be deposited. Please use an envelope and put the subject and the name or title of the recipient on the outside.
