If you are transferring to the Manta Rays from another USA Swimming program, please turn in your USA Swimming Transfer form ASAP to Ken or Todd as well as your best times. Transfer forms can be found on the www.swimohio.com web site under “forms”.  We also have extra forms in the swim team office.  We will enter your swimmers with no times “NT” if this sheet is not turned in.
