PRACTICES CHANGES: FRIDAY-SATURDAY

The practice schedule has been altered this weekend due to the Water Polo tournament and the two away swim meets the team is attending:

Friday Practices:

National 3:30-5:30 pm dryland

White: 4:25-5:00 pm in leisure pool 

Green: 4:45-5:30 pm in leisure pool

Blue: 5:15-6:00 pm in leisure pool

No other groups practice.

Saturday Practices:

Pups: 9-9:45 am in comp pool

White/Green/11&Over SwimFit (not in meet) 9:45-11:00 am

All other groups - no practice

Sunday Practices:

SwimFit only normal practice times
