MANTA RAYS FALL INVITATIONAL REPORT
Our swimmers swam great this weekend! We had an amazing amount of lifetime best swims dropping in over 800 swims total as a team!! Thanks to all of our wonderful parents who stepped up to volunteer and help run this giganitic meet! We had many parents who worked multiple shifts to help make this meet run very well.
Thanks so much to the following people who went over and above this past weekend: Valerie Rivir-Saurine and Kathy Ford for their many many hours coordinating the volunteers; Susan Mechler for being our meet director; Joe Waller, Rich Decker & Gary Willis for coordinating the officials; Jewell Folta and her crew for putting together a fantastic hospitality room; Geoff Thatcher and his crew who ran a very organized Clerk of Course and also helped out on many other fronts; Penny Franzoni and her crew for the great job in awards; Chris Carter and Chris Freds and their crew for running a seamless meet with the data board and computers and Nancy Young for putting together the heat sheet and Deirdre Bunton for leading the heat sheet sales effort! Thank you to Kim Hulbert for hand making all of the spirit head bands and also putting together a successful Team Spirit Wear sale.
Thanks also to our officials, many of whom worked multiple sessions and everyone else who helped: time, work concessions and hospitality, run, work on deck, meet setup, meet cleanup and locker room/commons patrol.
We are fortunate to have so many people who truly care about this team and put in the time and effor! Go Rays!
