PLATINUM & NATIONAL: FIRST WEEK

Platinum and National Groups,

I hope you have enjoyed your time away from the pool and are excited to get back next week!  Platinum and National will practice Tuesday through Friday next week.   We will be ramping up our yardage slowly these first few weeks of practice starting with a light week next week.  Here is the schedule for next week Tu-Friday:

National: 3:45-5:45 pm (DRYLAND FIRST)

Platinum: 5:00-6:30 pm (NO DRYLAND)

Derek and Emilie will be running most of these practices.  I will be there Tuesday, but then in Michigan the rest of the week.  Todd is in Orlando next week.
