MLK WEEKEND PRACTICE SCHEDULE

MLK WEEKEND PRACTICE UPDATE:

GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF OUR SWIMMERS SWIMMING THIS WEEKEND IN THE NKY CLIPPER MEET AND SOUTHWEST HIGH SCHOOL CLASSIC! 

Both of these meets are great way to experience championship style meets before we head into championships season.   Due to the home high school swim meet, there will be NO PRACTICE on Saturday or Sunday.   Friday’s practice schedule is normal. 

Martin Luther King Monday Practice Schedule:

National: 9:00-11:00 a.m.

Platinum: 7:45-10:00 a.m.

Gold: 3:45-5:45p.m.

Platinum & Gold

LAZER KRAZE 1:00-3:00 p.m. (See below: Gold & Platinum)

Silver: 2:00-3:45 p.m.

Bronze: 12:45-2:15 p.m.

Teal: 2:45-4:00 pm

Blue:  3:30-4:45 p.m.

Green: 5:45-7:00 pm

White: 4:45-6:00 pm

Pups: 4:45-6:00  pm

Silver through Blue Evening Option:

5:45-7:15 pm (if swimmer cannot attend practice during the day)
