PRACTICE CHANGES

Due to high school water polo games the practice times for Tuesday, October 7 will be as follows: Senior 2 2:30-5:00 pm; High Performance 3:45-6:45 pm; Imagination 1 5:00-6:30 pm; Challenge 1 6:00-7:30 pm; and Challenge 2 7:00-9:00 pm.

Also, Mark Daasch from NovaCare will be evaluating swimmers in Challenge 2, Senior 2, and High Performance on Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:30-6:30 pm. Feel free to stop by the pool and see him if your swimmer is experiencing any pain or unusual soreness.

Don't forget that this Saturday is our annual Intra-squad Meet and Team Picture day. Forms for your picture order can be picked up by the family folders located in the bleachers.
