RUNNER-UP TEAM STATE CHAMPIONS AT OHIO OPEN WATER STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

City of Mason Manta Ray athletes traveled to Albany, OH to compete in the Ohio Open Water Championship. 

The 1 kilometer course in Lake Snowden held 4 races; 4 km (15&O athletes), 3 km (13-14 athletes, 2 km (11-12 athletes), and 1km (10&U athletes). 

All 11 athletes medaled earned medals (top 10 place) & Ethan Peyton was the champion of the champion of the 13-14 Boys 3km!  

As a team, the team was the runner-up Ohio Swimming Open Water State Champions!
