Ohio JO Recap 2016 The Mason Manta Rays had a lot of amazing performances at the 2016 Ohio Swimming Age Group Junior Olympic Championships (JO’s). The team amassed 1,626.5 points to finish 5th, with 141 best times. Leading the way for the Rays were Carson Foster and Carl Bloebaum. Carson was named Male Outstanding Swimmer of the meet. 2016 JO CHAMPIONSHIPS | Recap Congratulations Manta Rays for your 6th Place Team Finish at the Junior Olympics. Congratulations to Carl Bloebaum who finished in a tie for the 11-12 Boys Individual High Point Award. Carl had six first place finishes and one second place finish over the course of the weekend.
