Good luck to all of our swimmers competing in the All-American meet on Saturday at Sycamore High School. The kids enter the water at 7:20 am for warm-ups and the meet begins at 8:15 am.

Due to the high school sectional meet, we will use the following practice schedule for Friday and Saturday. Friday, February 10: National & Platinum 3:30-5:00 pm, Blue 4:15-5:00 pm, Green 5:10-6:00 pm, White 4:30-5:10 pm, No practice for Pups and 11&O SwimFit. Saturday, February 11: Platinum&Gold 6-8 am, Silver 6:45-8:00 am, National 1-2 pm, Blue 1-2 pm, Bronze 12:30-2:00 pm, Pups, White, and Green no practice. The Manta Rays took first place this past weekend at the 2012 Groundhog Invitational scoring 3311 total team points edging out the host team WTSC with 3199.5 points. Manta Ray swimmers combined for 136 lifetime best swims. Great job to everyone who participated.

Congratulations to all of the Manta Rays who competed this past weekend at the Mid-Winter Classic in Northern Kentucky. Carl Bloebaum broke a meet record in the 8&U 25 yard butterfly with a time of 15.86. Hannah Whiteley also set a new meet record in the 13-14 100 yard backstroke with a time of :55.32.
