This year's Intrasquad Meet was a great start to the swim seson. 249 Manta Rays competed in the meet. There were 1188 splashes and 864 best times earned over the course of the meet. The team calendars have been posted for the 2013-2014 season. They include many of the known practice changes and team events over the swim year. They will be updated often; however, can be useful for planning purposes. The calendars can be found by clicking "TEAM CALENDAR" under the Calendar tab on the web page (OR click here).

The 2013 Intrasquad Meet is rapidly approaching. Saturday's timeline and psych sheet is now available under the meet page on the website. All events except the 500 free should be finished around 1:30 pm. The 500 free should conclude around 3:40 pm. It should be a fun and exciting day of racing. GO RAYS!

Manta Ray swimmer Liz Monnin has organized a shoe and coat drive to assist with a neighboring community in providing those items to kids in kindergarten through 12th grade. Donations will be accepted until October 20 and can be placed in a marked bin underneath the family folders. Please see the flyer for more information.

Practice changes for Wednesday, October 2 are as follows: National: 4-7 pm Platinum: 2:30-5:00 pm Gold: Dryland only (Coach Katie will email out time) Bronze: 7:45-9:00 pm Blue: 7:15-8:30 pm Green: 6:30-7:30 pm White/Pups: 5:45-6:45 pm In addition, there will be a starts and turns clinic for kids in Pups, White, Green, and Blue on Saturday, October 5 from 1:30-3:00 pm.

Even though the Reds lost 4-2 to the New York Mets it did not stop 27 swimmers, 9 parents, Coach Katie and Coach Lauren from enjoying a Gold Group outing to Great American Ballpark last night.
