USA Swimming National Team Member, Emily Brunemann, will be speaking to Manta Ray swimmers on Monday, November 7. Swimmers in SwimFit, Pups, White, Green, Blue, Bronze, Silver, and Gold can listen to her speak in the Senior Center from 6:15-7:00 PM. Swimmers in the Varsity, Platinum, and National groups can listen to her speak in the Senior Center from 7:00-7:45 PM. Emily has just won Gold medals in back-to-back FINA 10K World Cup races. Manta Rays, Due to a pipe failure there is no heat in the air or water at either pool. The Community Center has closed both pools until the problem is fixed. Hopefully, the problem will be fixed by tomorrow. No practice for all groups except National tonight (10/24) We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Ken
The practice schedule has been altered this weekend due to the Water Polo tournament and the two away swim meets the team is attending: Friday Practices: National 3:30-5:30 pm dryland White: 4:25-5:00 pm in leisure pool Green: 4:45-5:30 pm in leisure pool Blue: 5:15-6:00 pm in leisure pool No other groups practice. Saturday Practices: Pups: 9-9:45 am in comp pool White/Green/11&Over SwimFit (not in meet) 9:45-11:00 am All other groups - no practice Sunday Practices: SwimFit only normal practice times
