City of Mason's Adam Chaney and Carson Foster will compete in the FINA World Junior Swimming Championships to be held Aug. 20-25 in Budapest, Hungary. Seventy 15 and older City of Mason Swimmers swam in the Ohio Senior State Championships at Denison University this past weekend. The team set three national relay records while winning the state championship with 2822 points over the second place Ohio State Swim Club who scored 1508 points. Sixty-five 14 & younger swimmers will compete this weekend in the 14 & Under State "JUNIOR OLYMPIC" championships at Miami University.
