The 2010 Summer Practice Schedule is now available under the "Practice" section of the website. This schedule will begin on Thursday, June 10.

Please check your swimmer's entries for the Fishers FAST 500, CLPR Artic Splash, and CAC Summer Classic at Miami. If you have any changes, please contact Coach Todd by 10 p.m. Friday night at [email protected]. How do you check your swimmer's entries? Click on "Attend this event" for each of these meets.

"Practice is Too Hard" ASCA Article--Yes, sometimes some of the things we do are "hard." I prefer the word "challenge." Part of what we do in practice is to challenge swimmers to extend themselves beyond what they thought they are capable of doing. We do this with care and in a systematic and progressive manor. This includes writing events on arms, legs, hands, etc. The coaches are responsible for checking in before meets, finding their own swimmers in heat sheets, running stretches, warm-ups, and creating relays.
